Charged 70$ (with tip= 85$) for this gel nail...no price breakdown explanations, my friend got charged 65$, I guess it’s 5$ more for these flowers..The nails look nothing like the pictures I provided, and the flowers were too big, when I asked if she can draw smaller flowers instead, she was unhappy and argued that these flowers looked fine, and whenever I wanna take a look at the flowers before getting them dry, she would always rush me to tell me put my hand into the device... Every flowers could be different Bc they are hand draw, I get that, but they just look so unskilled and the girl was talking to another staff the whole time, very unprofessional, she wanted to get it done as soon as possible so she can get to the next customer. She also forgot to take my card out after I finish paying mine, so my card was charged not only for my nails, but also for the next customers service. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND, PRICY, Not worth it at all

1. NO, the staff never said a CLEAR amount of money that will be charged, she said 40$ for gel and will be more expensive if I do more detail work, and she never mentioned about the flower would cost MORE.
2. I’m not talking about how many petals that a flower has, I’m speaking about the work itself, does it look good to u? Dear, they are poorly drawn and too big, I asked for smaller flower, did she did it for me? The answer is No abviosuly.
3. Because it’s my friends bill, it’s okay for us to transfer, like what solution did you provide anyways? You provided no other solutions other than telling my friend to transfer the money to me. I guess it’s fine since I’m with my friend. -The fact that the store is trying argue back and pushing all the responsibilities to me is insane and...

This was my first time here. I also haven’t had my nails done in a couple years, so I was super excited. I made an appointment, but arrived a bit late. They still accommodated me immediately, which I appreciated!!

After some trial and error with my tech, my nails came out cute! I’m not 100% in love with them, but that’s on me for choosing a style that was totally unfamiliar. It helps if you know exactly what you want and how to execute it. With transparent nails, the colors look differently against darker skin tones in my opinion, hence the trial and error. Overall, I like my nails a lot and will definitely return.

I deducted a star for a few things: There’s a lot of glue under one of my thumbs and it’s stuck on my skin smh. (I tried taking a photo lol.) The table where my nails were done was filthy—lots of sticky things and dust on the table, tools, the uv machine, etc. My tech didn’t use new/ clean tools (clipper, file, etc.) so that was a flag for me.
