Great selection of anything to do with wigs and weaving. A vast variety of colors, textures, and lengths. It’s a bit of a breath of fresh air to experience besides typical beauty supply stores. Very spacious inside and cute, trendy layout. The prices vary, some things are well priced, while some other things are slightly overpriced. There’s a huge wholesale selection in a back room, it’s literally hair heaven! Loved looking through all the wrapped bags of bundles, frontals, 360s. While my overall experience was nice, it wasn’t pleasant to ask for the prices of each item I was interested in. The women there were somewhat nice, but found it hard to connect with them as maybe they didn’t speak English as their first language; and maybe not too knowledgeable about the needs of black women hair care, products and services. I like to ask questions and get informative answers and that was challenging at times to get clear answers. I’ve noticed black women don’t usually work in these industries, maybe because owners may be fearful of loss prevention issues with black staff? Similar experience to when going to a beauty supply store and looking for in-depth answers from an Asian staff member, it kind of just doesn’t happen bc they don’t use the products. They also have some interesting fashion selections as well, for baby, kids, and women. I would recommend this place to anyone. I enjoyed that the hair is mostly human hair and customized as well- can find different looks - ombré, full color, highlights/streaks, braided wigs, and ofcourse any natural color or look. Please DO NOT use her to do your hair !She is completely UNPROFESSIONAL and didn't do my hair correctly. I had to take it out within an hour because the lace was exposed EXPOSED. She made it seem like it was my fault that she couldn't do what I asked her to do when she attempted to do it when all she had to say was I'm not able to. BUT MY REQUEST WASN'T ANYTHING IMMACULATE I JUST WANTED A WEAVE THAT REQUIRED NO MAINTENANCE.... As a professional she should have been able to do that. She has absolutely no idea what she is doing. And I wonder if she even has a license?

I called her understandably annoyed, yet I did not curse at her, but she eventually cursed at me because she was annoyed that I was annoyed that she didn't do my hair correctly. The unmitigated gaul!

I called the establishment they told me that they will reach out to the owner and try to resolve the issue. I intend on getting back...

If I can give the -0 stars I would! Purchased a mixed color black roots and grey frontal with 3 BW bundles for my birthday hair, I bleached the knots on the frontal and all the hair feel out completely bladed mind you I am a licensed cosmetologist I followed the right protocol for the application so I reached out to them on instagram to let them know about the situation they left the message on seen Ok! fast forward I ended up doing a sew in with leave out for my birthday and the bundles are also TRASH!!! The hair is not 100% human hair the hair doesn’t hold a curl the shedding and tangling has been insane in 2 weeks! I would NEVER...
