I contacted this store on Monday to see if they could have the jacket transferred from Italy and shipped to me in MA. I was told that I would hear from them by the end of the week (Friday).
While the sales associate was polite on the phone, the impression I got was that my request wasn't taken very seriously. She kept bringing up costs, almost like she was trying to tell me I couldn't afford it. There was an implication that the request would be denied, which I thought was incredibly strange. I'm not sure if it's because I haven't bought a lot of Miu Miu before? Either way, I did not hear from them the entire week and did not get a word on Friday.
