Not everybody is perfect the most rudest customer service there was this young girl perhaps looking at my skin and wanting to tell me reasons to leave I had bought something last Wednesday and came today with a receipt that did not mention no return or exchange on sale items It was my only second time here The day I bought a item I was not sure about certain thing so I was confused missy the lady was trying to help but she was insisting on telling me she told me she said no return and exchange on sale items I wish I could have forced them to check the. Camera for that day because I knew in which area she was trying to be rude in me

As I was looking for things to exchange she was talking about me as if people are not as smart as she is I will Never go again even thought it’s a store loved by everyone and the neighborhood...

Hands down Mixology is my favorite go to place to shop in NYC. They have a wide variety of styles at affordable prices. I can always find something I need whether its a new outfit or something to compliment/add to an oufit I already have. This store not only has a wide selection to choose from but I always receive top notch customer service. I expecially ask for Alli when I come into the store since she has great taste, super friendly, & has invested interest in helping me look my best. I always feel and look great when I leave the store. Special shout out to Alli for always being there for...

On principle, I find it pretty inexcusable when sales associates a. Don’t greet you in a smaller boutique, and b. offer to start a room for someone immediately next to one person, but not the other.

Obviously, both occurred here which is most of the basis for the 1 star. As a former retail college kid at a high end boutique, I guess I just have no tolerance for rudeness.

I’ll add that as far as merch goes, it definitely caters to the generic, casual, 20-something’s looking for a basic brunch fit....
