If you’re looking for really good, fun, flavorful, and unique coffee this gem is worth every minute & dollar.

You not only get to choose from fun flavors like horchata, or tres leches, but you get to choose the type of beans you want too. They serve regular flavors too, but you’ll be missing out if you don’t try the hot that’s at least once.

At reasonable prices, beautiful atmosphere, kind staff with charismatic personalities you’re not only investing great coffee, but also in responsible agriculture & business practices as they source their beans from Puerto Rico. They bag their coffee in biodegradable pouches giving nostalgia & sustainable ;)

If you’re a remote worker or simply enjoy visiting beautiful coffee shops, this location has everything you need. You'll find reliable Wi-Fi for Zoom calls, great lighting, multiple outlets to charge up, and the added bonus of not one, but two rooms to work out of. If you prefer a quieter environment, there's a spacious second room just two doors down, perfect for concentration and productivity, complete with a clean bathroom. Additionally, there are a few outdoor seating options, making this 787 location an ideal spot for work or leisure.

If you catch Julian you’re bound to have a great day. Kind good vibes are to be expected. I can’t wait to...

service was really great! the barista is really cute and so welcoming. nice looking place in a very appealing location. lots of potential. they are doing some things very right. still, the management should rethink some aspects of how they run the place. really take a hard look at the biz model. the music is somewhat annoying -- very punchy poppy, not bad by itself but continuously too loud through a tinny speaker. they have an upsell-upsell-upsell policy that lacks transparency (how much are those extra beans?), which i think will put off regular customers and sorta trick new ones. such a weird business strategy. plus the f-word appears all over on t-shirts displayed in various places, which might have been funny at first but seems a bit childish after two seconds. more times square than the upper east side and totally out of sync with the local 'hood. not sure what managers are thinking with stuff like that. the barista also insisted -- in a very friendly way -- that i leave a review ('here's the QR code') and even requested a video, so so so strange of a request of a customer you'd think they would like to return. plus maybe i had something better to do. or just wanted to relax. still, i have to admit, the coffee definitely tasted great. i'm getting a second cup. i love...

This is a super charming cute place that’s perfect for hanging out with a book on a rainy afternoon if you can afford the coffee. The staff seem to really love what they do which is as important as the coffee they serve, the main barista (maybe the owner? not sure) really made a point of explaining what makes them special (small menu, specialty-roasted and curated beans, etc). Definitely a 5-star there.

Two bits of downside for me though. First: the music is WAY too loud. It was hard to actually focus on anything with the music blasting - turn it down by half, guys, otherwise it totally takes away from the charm and coziness. Second, the prices are….. eye watering. It’s the first time I’ve ever run into an $11 latte, almost 40% of that was from the ā€œspecial beansā€ I was forced to select for my drink (note: they’re also all flavored, which I don’t love, I would prefer that they offer an unflavored, ā€˜normal’ option). Frankly, I’d rather just have regular beans if it’s going to add that much to the price of the drink. I definitely couldn’t hang out here more than just occasionally if it’s 2x anywhere else which is disappointing because I’d love to visit again if it was more affordable! So on that score, I’d give them a 2-star for atmosphere and in the end I’d stay it’s a...

I had a disappointing experience in terms of customer service. I love 787 coffee and have always been a fan. But I won’t forget this day I went and just had a disappointing experience (on August 8th) when I was encouraged to upgrade my cappuccino without being told of the $3 difference. A regular cappuccino costs $6. And the enthusiastic barista was telling me about an upgrade (once again without letting me know about cost difference), and so I did upgrade to a different set of beans. Anyhow, I was surprised to see a $9 cappuccino charge. So I told the manager about it and she was fine with charging me for just a regular cappuccino. The barista ended up making the cappuccino with the upgraded beans and when he shared that news with me, the barista shared it in a condescending form. ā€œI’m not going to let the beans go to waste.ā€ (Implying I’m at fault.) No apology from the barista ever, and instead was received with a colder demeanor because of the misunderstanding. Keeping in mind, I was not ever told about this $3 difference.
