Recently discovered the usefulness of this neighborhood store that l once visited a while back and, to put it politely, was a mess!!

I've discovered LastCall online and their prices are fair and reasonable. There's free shipping to the NMLC store (of your choice) for easy pick up (if you want to avoid shipping charges to your home if your order is under the minimum requirements.)

I just get an email from them when my item(s) have arrived in their (Brooklyn Heights) store, and I have 7 days to pick up or - the item is returned and refunded to the credit/debit card used to purchase online. Neat!

Terrible service!!!!! Ordered a pair of shoes and got an email confirmation that order was processed, after a few days of not receiving my order or any notification that order has shipped, I called customer service and was advised they couldn’t verify my shipping address! I ordered AGAIN, received confirmation, didn’t receive the goods, called again, reordered, didn’t receive the order once again because they couldn’t verify my info. You can get a good deal if there is a legit sale. This location is close to home for me so I tend to use it as my go to. The changing area is not very nice, even on a good day. Today I was appalled and disgusted by the state of the fitting rooms. There was an odor of locker room/dirty socks/feet and every 3' of the shabby reddish carpet was dotted with some type of white powder.
