Moxi — Local services in New York

I'm so long overdue in my review of Moxi! I have been seeing Lisa and her team for nearly 5 years, which should serve as a testament to the quality and care that the team provides. I started going for some joint pain and then learned about all the other benefits of acupuncture, so I continued my treatment even after my joint pain subsided. All of the acupuncturists that Lisa has hired in the past and currently are incredibly kind, compassionate and helpful. It's so refreshing to meet with practitioners who take the time to listen to and understand their patient's concerns. The two acupuncturists Kay and and Li are both wonderful. It's the best form of self-care and I look forward to every appointment! The new space that Lisa opened a year ago is stunning. Moxi is a must-place to visit for the ultimate relaxation experience. Moxi provides a holistic packet regardless of what service you choose. The practitioners individualize each session based in the client’s needs and the professionalism is over the top. Once you walk into the Moxi oasis, you know it’s going to be the best part of your day. Most recently, I completed a course of carefully planned out microneedling sessions and alternated with facial acupuncture. I cannot begin to express the excellent results, both cosmetically (reduction in fine lines/wrinkles and fading of various skin spots) and the overall well-being. My skin is so much softer and has a different glow. The sessions were relaxing and far from the pain I thought it would entail. I’ve been seeing Lisa for acupuncture for nearly 8 years—first at her previous location and now at her beautiful new top floor space (filled with natural light). Over the years, I've had acupuncture with other practitioners in various parts of the country, but Lisa is by far the best. She listens attentively, is gentle, and truly cares about her patients' well-being.

The other acupuncturists at her practice, like Dr. Lee, are also outstanding. They’re thorough, compassionate, and always make me feel better, no matter what ailment I’m dealing with. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
