The Target store in Soho, NY, is a modern and spacious retail space with a wide array of products for all ages and interests. It's located in a bustling neighborhood and attracts a diverse clientele looking for affordable prices and trendy items. The store is well-organized with friendly staff, making it a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience. In short, this place is clutch because of the prices. Although, the prices have increased since it first opened in 2022

smallest Target iā€˜ve been to…but really organized, brightly lit, and well-maintained. honestly, i have probably walked by this Target so many times without realizing it was there—very inconspicuous Target in SoHo. most of the merchandise is located below street level—from groceries to home goods to electronics. even though this Target is small, it doesn’t feel super claustrophobic. staff were ever present and there to help.

It's a tiny Target store but this might be the most unique Target store anywhere. The architecture is beautiful with brick and cast iron detailing. These mini Targets all over Manhattan remind me of a CVS drugstore but with better prices. It's mostly snacks, toiletries, cosmetics, and a few other random items. But it's worth just checking it out for the architecture.

Was at the Soho store earlier with my family and was really disappointed to witness a store manager - I think I over heard that her name was Okima or Onike - a delivery woman was in the store trying to get help with a large order and instead of helping the woman, the manager delayed the whole process and practically caused a scene. It almost appeared as if the the delivery woman was doing something wrong when in fact she was just doing her job. What made it frustrating was that the store caused a significant delay to whoever this delivery was for. Local customers and local delivery drivers should NEVER have to experience issues like this when ordering/delivering items. My family usually has deliveries coming out of this location and what I witnessed today makes me think twice about wether I ever want to order from this location ever again. The delivery woman was clearly dealing with a large order which she mentioned MANY TIMES. The carts are not allowed out of the store which is why she was asking for help. Attention to the store manager!! I’m not sure if you realized how many of us were watching you, but we were. A lot of us were about to help the delivery woman ourselves but after almost 10 minutes of you delaying this woman and the customer, you FINALLY helped after frustrating the entire process. I even overheard the delivery woman express her disappointment as well in the nicest and most professional way. Kudos to the delivery woman for holding her composure, but what I witnessed today bothered me so much that I had to leave a review. SHAME ON YOU TARGET SOHO. YOUR STORE MANAGER OKIME NEEDS SOME SERIOUS REFLECTION AND TRAINING. There was no reason to give such a hard time to a delivery woman simply...

Rude staff. Specifically this one girl, 5’4-5’7 rang, long black straight hair, medium-dark skin, wearing a red lip today. She was restocking near the back on the first level near the bodywash. My friend and I politely asked if she could open the sliding door to get a bodywash, she looked us dead in the eye said nothing and continued to restock. I was a little thrown off because I knew she heard us because we were making eye contact. I brush it off and say sorry could you open this cabinet for us. She does and we thank her. A few minutes go by and we need help opening the door next to it. We ask her again very politely and she mumbles, I say ā€œsorryā€ because I couldn’t hear her. She responds that’s she’s not the one who has the keys. Okay no problem… but who does. Like cmon let’s problem solve here. She gets someone in assuming and then returns to restock the deodorant my friend was near her because she assumed she would just go straight to the cabniet we needed open after retrieving the keys. She turns to my friend and is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, She says, ā€œyou don’t have to keep following me, you can wait over thereā€ my friend tells me this and you can see the shock in my face as she comes back in 2 min. She opens the door and proceeds to slam it behind us. I work with people everyday and no situation ever calls for you to speak to someone the way she treated us. Extremely disrespectful and unmannerly. She deserves...

I purchased AirPods online for instore pick up, had yo return them 2 days later because they didn’t work. An employee there Hayes who doesn't seem happy at all whom I asked to help me with the return and find a new pair downstairs. Says oh I don’t do that you need to get someone else. The young man who helped me downstairs was so nice and even told me wait upstairs while he gets the air pods for me. I go back to Hayes again upstairs at the register, same attitude same terrible demeanor. Instead of doing an exchange tells me that no this is the only way refunds the card and doesn’t say anything. Next tries to charge me 50 more than what I paid and when I asked why she’s like oh and doesn’t even say a word. I then was charged again for the headphones that I had already paid for because Hayes doesn’t know how to process an exchange. Without any remorse Hayes then says to me if I have a problem I shouldn’t shop online and only shop in store. It’s basically me the customers fault.

A rep from target contacted me to speak I emailed back of course no response.

Buyer beware if you shop online you are inferior to the person that...
