Update: they fixed the nails no charge and gave me a credit which was great, got another three weeks out of them once they were fixed. However…. I got them done last night and the topcoat is peeling AGAIN. I spent almost two hours there and to have the same issue happen is really frustrating. I have to go get them Fixed AGAIN. I didn’t intend my nails to be a new part time job with how much time I’m spending on them 😩😩😩

I’ve had two dip manicures done here- the first one lasted 3 weeks, amazing, no lifting, perfect.

This time i got a matte top coat and the next day it was peeling off. I’m going back to get it fixed but i am so disappointed, i got this manicure for my birthday and the mani/pedi took THREE hours. I noticed one of my toes isn’t even fully painted. They kept taking in walk ins and clearly overbooked themselves as I ended up waiting a while after my pedicure for a nail technician to be available. When she was finally available she was clearly overwhelmed, answering questions of customers coming in and getting up to check out a customer or two.

While I’m getting my fingers fixed I just don’t have the time to also do a repaint of my toes. This is wildly inconvenient.

Now that my nails are peeling I can’t help but wonder if they’d last if the technician wasn’t so overwhelmed and could focus on one person at a time.

I loved everything the first time I came here and hope they can improve to maintain that...

Called in to see if they would be willing to remove my chunky gel x kawaii-style nail extensions and they slotted me in for 45 minutes later even though they were clearly busy. Everybody in the store was super friendly and the nail technician Isaebella who ended up doing my new gels and design was not only really nice but also put a lot of her attention into every detail each step along the way. For my new design I wanted some mother of pearl style stones and we browsed together the extensive collection of rhinestones and gems that they have and decided on a color scheme together. Love my new nails! All in all I really enjoyed my 2.5 hrs there, especially because everyone is so nice. They play classical music, have AC, and the chairs are comfy. They also have baskets for your bag/jacket etc and small phone stands for your phone, which I thought was a nice detail...

I got my dip powder set done on a Tuesday. Staff was so nice. The manicurist that did my nails was so sweet. She even gave me a back massage in the middle of my appointment. I don’t know whether it was part of the service or she could tell I was anxious. Either way I really appreciated it. I ended up paying $80 (including tip). $52 (20% off) + $28 tip. That one act of kindness really meant a lot to me.

But as soon as I left the shop, my gel topcoat was already peeling. I suspect that it was either because of the cuticle oil she used at the end, or the fact that I washed my hands right after my nails were done. Long story short, my nails barely lasted a week. But I appreciated the customer service I received. I felt welcomed. And I give them brownie points for being gender inclusive & respectful. But I don’t think I will...
