The salon is nice and big really clean overall it would have been a 4/5 star except my gel pedicure came out absolutely horrid, im someone who gets pedis often so I know what to expect and how my feet should come out looking I do have a callus on both top corners of my foot pad under my pinky toes I lean most of my weight on the sides anywho so I’m custom to paying the extra for callus remover however I was told it would be 18$ extra this is after she sanded the dead skin and only spent 3 seconds per foot and I’m looking and feeling my heels and had to urge her that it needed more attention she looked at me like I was nuts so she did a few seconds more tossing each foot down after she was done and ofc it was poorly done at this point Id already made up my mind not to throw away 18$ bucks I can see the work she had done wasn’t even worth $5 so she continues to handle my feet rough and nasty and I’m asking why she was being so rough and mean no response now the woman who takes the payments is standing next to me and I tell her that the lady is being rough and slamming things as if she didn’t see herself so she says something to her in their language and smiles at me she was nice and all but the one who did my service very nasty rude woman shouldn’t be doing pedis the bottom looks like I haven’t got my feet done in over a month right now and I went 2days ago so now I must go and spend more money to have my pedi done properly smh now the younger girl who did my design love her she was sweet professional and kind I did tip her $10 I told the woman I paid $88 in total plus the $10 tip that the other lady was very rude and she said oh she just crazy…that’s no excuse to treat paying or anyone for that matter the way she treated me and my service looks as I stated before horrid I normally don’t leave reviews honestly I just wanted this to be here as a warning I didn’t get anyone’s name sorry but that experience I will NOT be returning EVER. I found them thru the guy holding their sign on chambers giving out coupons and I said what the heck I was omw to jersey anyway to get my feet done like I usually do I wish I never got diverted to this place the wtc path was right there i wish I kept going but maybe it was to warn and stop the next person from a awful experience so here is my contribution and if it allows me to upload pics it’s going to be from that very same day I got home. The job here isn’t that great, did a gel manicure here and the the nail tech didn’t even file my nails even and the polish is very splotchy. I’ve gotten my nails done so many times before other nail salons and never did a place file my nails after after top coat. It’s only been a week and the top coat is already coming off because she filed it and my gel is already lifting up... this has never happened to me before. Gel normally stays on super well for me. It would last me up to 5+ weeks if needed and it would never chip. This crazy because when I do gel at other salons it normally takes at least 15-20 minutes to soak off after filing, for most people gel only takes 5 minutes to soak off. This means that gel stays on really well on my nails but I don’t know why my gel is lifting already after getting my nails done for a week. Ridiculous! Will not becoming back, would recommend going to affina nail spa instead.

Update: My nails just broke and chipped. This has never happened before. I always grow my nails out and never had a problem with them breaking or chipping. Two nails chipped on top and one nail broke. Will never be coming back. And I called today asking to speak to a manager about this situation because my nails broke and it takes a really long time to grow my nails. And the manager said she would call me back and she did not. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t be wasting my time calling someone if I wasn’t this upset. I wanted to get my nails done last minute. Saw this place on Yelp open until 8 pm so I decided to go. I called in and they immediately had a spot for me.

Everyone is very cordial and professional. They offer hand sanitizer right away and checked my temperature which is great protocol. I didn’t know exactly what I want but they were very patient as well as gave useful recommendations. Their tools are new and sterile which I appreciate. The nail technician I got was very meticulous and gentle. He took his time to make sure my nails look perfect.

Don’t forget to mention the beautiful decor adorning the interior and exterior of the salon. You are created with a spread of flowers and vintage bicycle before you walk in, very instagram worthy which not a lot of places have these days. It definitely catches your eye if you walk pass and wouldn’t think it is a nail salons The interior looks clean and well designed, with a row of connected tables, high top chairs, and a screen to separate you and the technicians. The waiting area has 2 comfortable couches and water bottles to offer. There is also a section in the upper level dedicated for massage chairs if you want that service.

I think the most memorable thing of this experience is the fact that they offer free galaxy themed pen to customers. I got a gel manicure with with 2 different colors and some flower stickers, this all came up to $50 with tip as the owner gave a $10 discount. $40 for gel manicure and $10 for extra stickers.
