I had a horrible experience here today which left me mystified. Not only did I feel that the women working here were predjudice (they were following me around while I was looking for nails⦠and watching whenever I picked anything up⦠but they didnāt do that for anyone else and I felt very uncomfortable), they were very unprofessional and were not open about what services they provide. So, the first woman told me that if I bought 2 nails (25$ each), they would provide the service of being put on. Iāve had these nails done before at impress on nails at queens center mall so I know what works for me and what doesnāt. The woman waited until I paid the money, and then the other woman came over with food for both the workers. The woman doing my nails said something in their language and then both rolled their eyes. The woman doing my nails started putting the press on stickers on my nails rather than the glue, I told her I would rather the glue because I know what works for me. She then walked over to her coworker, and the other woman tried to convince me to do the sticky press stickers ons since they only last a week and I can re-use the nails and the glue would make the nails last 2 weeks or longer. I proceeded to tell her I was a nurse so I wash my hands pretty often and that the glue would be better for me. She then told me that the glue would damage my nail beds (so why would you offer this?), I told her again that I was a nurse and I have had press ons done before and that I knew what worked for me. Then she proceeded to tell me that her and the other woman didnāt know how to do glued press ons and only their boss did. I said okay, and can I just get a refund for the other nails I bought because I bought 2 due to the fact that I would get the service done. Then they proceeded to tell me that they donāt do refunds. Absolutely ridiculous. Then, I asked for the bottle of nail glue so I can do it at homeā¦. (and they told me it was $12ā¦.)
Donāt go here. Overall horrible experience.

Even at Skyview mall they have press on nails, same price, they let you try it on and they are KIND. otherwise :
Go to queens center mall for press ons and not this place. Second floor next to Starbucks. They do it very well, while pushing back your cuticles - with glue. They let you try the nails on without following you and if you want to buy them - they send you home with a bottle of glue and tell you if you canāt figure it out then you can come back and do it for free :) also they give you a discount if you buy two of them. And even if you only buy one, theyāll do the service for you.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a great experience buying nails here. The designs are so cute and thereās something for everyone. The woman working there helped me measure my nails to see what size I was and then made sure to check that the nails I chose fit each one of my nails perfectly. Super helpful and amazing service. The nails designs are really nice and the nails themselves are great quality. I donāt use the stickers for press ons as I prefer to use nail glue but the stickers seem to be really good quality as well. The nails I bought were $25 but I think they were a steal! The set had 4 intricate designs and the entire set was really well painted glittery champagne. I canāt find any fault in them. I canāt wait to buy my next set of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been to this stall a couple of times to get nails for graduation, parties, and other stuff. The nails are always high quality, and I always get compliments when I wear them. The women there are really friendly and care about customer service. The first time I went, I thought the lady was following me around, but she actually just wanted to help me find the right nail size for my fingers/nail bed. I can't wait to go back and get...
