Roosevelt Island Seniors Association — Local services in New York

I am grateful for the wonderful food pantry project. I have been negatively affected financially by the shutdown of our society. I worked in the entertainment industry... our work has been terminated. Thanks to the food pantry, I can eat... I used to be considered successful, now I may not have a place to live soon. The Bolsheviks are at it again, they brutally starved and slaughtered millions of innocent people beginning in 1917 with the takeover of Russia and the Ukraine... then China; Korea; Vietnam; Cambodia; Laos; Burma; etc. now they are destroying the United States...

Not sure if we all going to the same place but the food here has no expiration date or expired when I do get it. Bread has mold and the fruits and veggies are watery by the time they arrive to my home. Dont get me wrong I'm very grateful for the things I received my complaint is only because you have seniors getting this food and they probably cant see they have expired food on...

Such a wonderful place that provides exciting activities for the seniors, with a wide variety. Staff are hands on with them. They provide a hot and nutritional lunch. It's a great asset to the seniors on Roosevelt Island!...
