Never again. Only two nail techs and one kid, working on four people. They said they need me to wait, totally okay, happy to wait so long as it meant one tech would give me full attention. They rushed to take me anyway without having a consultation about the design I wanted. During the entire session, they played telephone with my service request. It just seemed like they didn’t want to do my nails. This is when I felt I might not get the nails I wanted. I was sitting there for a long time as they try to come to a conclusion about who would do my nails. I was there for two hours. I thought I would be in good hands because Amy was so precise before but the tech that completed my nails was sloppy and rushing. I had to improvise on the design because they lacked showing me the variety of offerings they had framed up on the wall and they supposedly didn’t have the materials needed for the design when I clearly seen it in their hands and seen the photos of Amy’s work in reviews that proves they have the materials for the design. Cost me 200$? In this economy? (I only gave tip because of the sheer fact that they did the nails, tip in America feels like an obligation it’s crazy) I really want to cry. Money doesn’t come easy, paying for a service that was done poorly and with little care is like throwing away money. If they didn’t have the time to do my nails or simply didn’t want to, they should have just been honest, I feel like I’ve been conned.

I wanted the same design as the photo with the gray colored nails. Instead of gray I wanted opaque encapsulated blue-ish purple sparkly and holographic glitter pieces on the tips with the sculpted chrome gold line like the photo. On the other two nails I wanted opaque light blue with gold sparkles (like the photo). On the thumbs I wanted it the exact same as the photo a sculpted gold piece across the nail. An absolute nightmare! I called first to make sure that they offered SNS and if they had alot of color choices, the lady said YES. I also asked for pricing and she told me it was $45, ok no problem. My friend also wanted to get her nails done along with a pedicure. When we arrived there were only 2 people working (which should have been a red flag) but since we were already there, we said we would give it a try. I asked to see the colors and when she showed me them, there were NOT many choices so the color I selected was a sparkly pink- she then told me that color was $5 extra. After I complained about the upcharge, she said she would waive the extra fee (which I shouldn't have to pay extra for it in the 1st place) She said to soak my nails and it was extremely HOT! Then she preceded to wipe off my nails with a lill piece of paper towel-which got inbeeded on my nails and my hands. When I looked at my nails*which were all my REAL NAILS except for 1, 2 additional nails were GONE! I freaked out and instantly told her to STOP as I was very upset and didn't want her to touch my nails anymore. This is my second time coming here. The establishment is super clean.. upon arriving on 5/21/25 around 12pm as I was doing my nails I realized the lady sitting next to angelli was recording and taking pictures of me. When I confronted her. She said she wasn’t and then she asked me how did I know she was doing that. She had her whole Phone in my face taking pictures of me.. then she asked if I been here before and she took pictures because someone asked if it was busy and she was showing them it wasn’t. I am a BLACK woman coming into your establishment to give money and you have employees taking pictures of people being sneaky. When she realized I caught her, she went in the back room To continue talking to another employee I was with my 9 year old and being BLACK I took that as discrimination. I felt so uncomfortable and it will be my last time ever coming there.
