My first time at FBD was a flawless experience from start to finish. I held three consecutive days facial labs and was beyond thrilled with the performance with hosting my events. I was nervous about trying someplace new out of my area and beyond the lab I was used to, and am I glad I did! Antoine is a perfectionist like myself and his attention to detail was there every step of the way. He listens to your needs and does his best to carry out every small request. Additionally he only partners with support from people with decades of experience in this business. Biggs was a highly experienced tech who anticipated my every need with setup and instrumentation. My labs had two parts that required some cleanup and rearranging in the middle of the event, and he worked his magic. The facility is a warm and cozy environment; it was clean and had everything I needed. The lighting was great as well, and the specimens were in excellent condition and met my parameters. Deeon was a wonderful front end host with the food, beverage and coat check. Everyone felt so welcome and the feedback was incredible from my participants. I will definitely be back hopefully...
