Superb experience today with New York City Limo Service. My reservation was confirmed right after I booked it online 5 days before landing at Newark EWR. All information was accurate and communication was frequent including the driver name and location that was available as soon as I landed and turned on my phone. Driver was waiting at the baggage claim and retrieved it and took me directly to the car.

Biggest fun memory: I was upgraded to a beautiful white stretch limo since the Towncar was delayed getting out of Manhattan, but the stretch was at the airport. What a delight, spotless inside and out, superb ride, felt like a movie star. (Got extra respect at the hotel entrance…).

Professional driver got me to my Times Square hotel through busy foot and construction traffic with no sweat.
