I just picked up an intricate project yesterday that was in work with NYES for just 8 days! Their turnaround to me my client’s deadline was outstanding! There aren’t words to describe the level of satisfaction I have with the finished product. The handwork is STUNNiNG! And the customer support I experienced throughout the project from the team and management was unparalleled. Maggie, Sarah and David reviewed the project at drop-off; we discussed project estimates and they guided my embellishment material choices. I procured the materials, delivered them and then had check-ins with the team as needed. NYES is super-responsive—always within the business day—they worked with me to reconfigure some aspects of the project that were taking it out of the cost projection that my client was comfortable with and the results have exceeded by miles what I thought was possible domestically. Walked in and was greeted by a very friendly person at the front desk who brought me to meet somebody in a room to discuss the project that I wanted to work on.

Brought a designer in to discuss with me. I have been in the fashion industry for over 20 years and know about embroidery but I'm not a professional embroider. Was not thrilled with the man who came in to discuss the project with me. Found them to be unhelpful and uninterested.

You only get one chance. Because of this interaction I will never work with them in the future.
