Mediocre and overpriced. Waste of money. I honestly left feeling like I got duped. After seeing the Noy Skincare Instagram account, I was excited to come in for a facial. I knew it would be pricy but I was OK with that because I was honestly expecting a top notch experience. Be prepared to be pushed and upsold like crazy if you come here. I came in for the harmonizing facial, which is $175, and the esthetician told me that itâs basically useless and I should do either laser genesis or gua sha facial. I felt a bit wary after she told me that the harmonizing facial is pointless so I said ok to the laser, expecting a miracle facial based on what she said. Then she goes âok Iâm going to first clean the skin thoroughly with microdermabrasion and then laser genesis.â I said ok sure, but wait, whatâs the price? If I hadnât asked her, I would have had the extra cost for microdermabrasion added without my permission. Only then she tells me â$75 for microdermabrasion. $250 for basic laser genesis and $350 for advanced.â I was so thrown off and almost uncomfortable. Somehow I agreed to microderm and the basic laser. It was nothing more than just âok.â My esthetician was very sweetâwe talked and she was nice and my skin was pretty glowy right after (mostly from the product)âbut it is definitely NOT worth the outrageous price. one day later my skin does not look or feel any differentâjust scabs from the extractions. I go to the register and they already placed a product recommendation for me to buy on the counter for $55. I declined. Anyway, I left paying $425 with the tip. The whole facial was no more than an hour. This place feels like an Instagram scam. Itâs totally mediocreâdo not be fooled by the follower count and blue check mark. This review is not necessarily related to my estheticianâshe was a nice woman and good at her craftâbut clearly trained to upsell. Iâm so disappointed and upset I wasted...
Read moreI would like to start off by saying that I adore Danna, and am thankful for everything I learned while following her on Instagram during covid, as well as being introduced to reflexology, gua-sha and all of their amazing products. I was determined to visit the spa as soon as they reopened...it was beautiful and everyone was super professional and kind as well as the esthetician I saw, she was very nice. However one thing I did not like, and it's pretty important to me because it was the sole purpose of my visit..I came in for a facial with extractions but for some reason my nose and chin were not extracted, I still have blackheads all over. Im not sure if I had to specify this, but I have been to so many estheticians, and never had to specify this, so Im not sure what the reason was. Also I came in with one active pimple, and it was not extracted. Anything else that was extracted was filled with pus the next morning when I woke up. The acne was worse the next day than before I came. I am disappointed, I really wanted to love every little bit of the experience. I would have given three stars, but I feel like I should have brought this up and been more careful. I was very trusting and didn't even think to check everything, I never had to in my previous experiences. Hopefully one day I will come back and have a better...
Read moreSharing the same sentiment as some of the other reviews here. I was really excited to have a treatment at this clinic and I had 3 friends waiting to hear how it was because they wanted to book as well. When I try a new service, I find that the little things, those small elevated moments, are what make the difference and keep clients loyal. The treatment started 15 min late, the aesthetician recommended another treatment than the one booked, said it'snot going to do anything and I agreed. I specifically asked if there are any side effects and she said no, because I had a bad experience with that in the past. After the laser, she put on cream or something and disappeared for 30 min! Then when I came out, I was asked to sign a legal document with everything that can happen after laser and I said I don't feel comfortable signing it. While I was talking with the aesthetician , your receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and just said itâs 285$ and took the paper away, not caring how I feel or how to make the experience better. I was shocked and was still in the middle of the conversation and said that it is bad that she is going to lose a potential client. She said itâs ok and that's it. I have never experienced something like that and agree that it could just be an...
