0 friends 2 reviews 1.0 star rating 12/8/2016 Lived here for 5 years. Building was great before Hudson Yards, but not filled with construction noise, blocked views, and a sketchy management + leasing office. The doormen and other tenants are the best, besides everything is sketchy.

Management is extreme poor, they won't act, they'll just send lousy emails instead. Leasing office is going to try to rip you off by going higher values to rent places which had views back then.

They'll try to get you wherever they can with charges. I tried to stay in the building but leasing director wasted my time instead of helping with my lease and had to move out.

In moving process, they didn't do their pre-move inspection, came with really fake charges upto $4k even though the place was pristine after 5 years. They even tried to execute an unsigned move out document. That's how low they can go to scam you last minute even you pay a premium rent over years.

The building is on a huge decline because of construction around, as well as lots of new buildings coming out next door, so they're trying to scam people to make the most of...

A dream turned nightmare. Terribly managed building with rude and unprofessional staff. Troy is the worst manager in Manhattan. We paid our rent on time every month for two years. First Cynthia took our Peloton and said it would be in the gym but she took it home and I had to pay it off. Then when we moved 2 years later they tried to blame us for damage in the elevator with zero proof and waited until we were in another state to tell us they’d keep our entire deposit. Never had a problem with an apartment in our lives. BEWARE. Do not trust...

Great experience living here for several years. Management is helpful and responsive, maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. Very dog friendly building (small and large dogs). Good location close to Hudson Yards Equinox, west side highway for sunset walks and short uber ride to Chelsea and west village restaurants.
