I read every review for Times Square Limousine, as well as multiple reviews for other limo companies in NYC. I kept coming back to Times Square limo because of the responses to the reviews. I noticed the responses were from a man that believed in his company, believed in his drivers, and believed in the service they offer. This lead me to email for a quote for service from LaGuardia to the Westin Times Square and the return trip from the Westin to LaGuardia. The quote was spot on for the service requested. I called David and explained my situation. I'm sending my wife and daughter to NYC for my daughter's 16th birthday. Within minutes David had me feeling incredibly comfortable that I had made the right decision, not only for the service but for their safety as well. He explained the entire process, from the credit card reservation, cash payment, to the pickup situation at LaGuardia. David was on top of everything, he called me the day before the trip explaining that he could not find the flight number that I had previously given him and wanted to make sure everything was correct. I immediately checked my email and Delta had reassigned flight numbers. I provided him with the new flight number and gate arrival and he made all of the necessary adjustments. The driver (Mario) contacted my wife upon arrival and walked her through the process of them finding each other through the construction at LaGuardia, along with identifying pictures of him and the limo. Mario offered to take pictures for them and truly treated my wife and daughter like they were superstars arriving in the big city. As my daughter stepped out of the limo at the Westin, people were stopping to take pictures. At this point Mario's service was complete, however, he did not rush off or rush my wife and daughter off, he stayed an extra few minutes for those pictures. The bottom line is this, I explained my situation and expectations in a kind and respectful way to David, he listened intently and responded respectfully and kindly and exceeded every expectation I had. David, himself, was the driver for My wife and daughter to return to LaGuardia and they felt like a Queen and a Princess! The only reason this is a 5 star review is because 6 stars aren't available. David, Mario, I can not thank you enough for keeping me at ease and for how you treated my family. My wife and I have a 10 year anniversary coming up soon and I can foresee another trip to NYC, not just for our anniversary, but to give you both a "Thank you" handshake in person and an offer to take you to lunch!...
Read moreI booked using the website and then whatsapped the number to confirm a couple of things, (after submitting the form with my card details). I was really happy that they had all their prices listed in detail on the website but they sent me a WhatsApp saying the price would be more than double what the website said. As a tourist I was a bit uncomfortable and after trying to understand why it was so much more, I was worried it might be a scam and asked them to cancel my reservation.
They responded by saying:
“Go find a fight with your husband or boyfriend. Stay in your country.”
I can honestly this was completely out of the blue (I have screenshots). I understand that they were offended that I got nervous but as I am from the UK and in England it’s not normal practice to have such huge discrepancies in price, I was a bit skeptical. Not sure why it made sense to respond about starting a fight with a husband or boyfriend? So confused. I would definitely avoid because huge red flags here.
edit following their response
Even more concerning is that they’re lying in their response. 1. I clearly asked to withdraw my request for a reservation to which they responded they didn’t want to serve me anyway. 2. Never once did I say the US is horrible, I used to live in California and actually love it (although I did comment that the tipping culture in the US is a mess!) 3. Never once did I mention anything about sabotaging their business or leaving a bad review - at all! In fact they actually said that in America if you don’t like the service of somewhere, you should leave a bad review. It is soooo concerning at how outright they are lying. Avoid this...

we made a direct prepaid booking.
Disappointing service. Lady Dispatcher was nice, her counterpart male was not, and rudely hung up on me in the middle of a conversation when we were trying to find location of missing driver at airport.
Arranged for Service, Driver was not in baggage claim, and had to wait for 15 minutes in luggage claim, ultimately we had to call to find where he was. Yes, we paid EXTRA for meet and greet in baggage claim.
Driver had parked the vehicle in the parking lot, and did not help with the baggage. Over 20 minutes walk, and difficult.
Why have Limo Service if you make your clients handle their baggage and walk to the short term parking?
Unpleasant older male driver.
Driver demanded credit card before he would drive, despite the credit card was presented and charged when we made the reservation. Driver did not return card until arrival at hotel after a unpleasant discussion where he tried to over charge us.
On Arrival, Tried to overcharge significantly ($80.00!!) , and after we pointed out we had a reservation with a quoted price and it was prepaid, he had long discussion with Dispatcher before he honored the original price.
Vehicle was a Toyota, not the luxury European sedan as ad booked on line.
the overall verdict: Never again... Highly unprofessional and Unpleasant driver, and the vehicle was not...
