
While One Boerum is in the midst of it all, there is something comforting about its location. If I need to shop, quality stores are around each corner. If I need some air, I take a walk to Brooklyn Bridge park and enjoy the tree-lined streets along the way. And if I need to get away, the Subway is across the street and the Brooklyn Bridge is just down the way.
The building itself is inviting, with its warm tones, luxury amenities, quality apartments, and welcoming team. It’s refreshing to go home and be greeted by friendly faces that know my name. Gio, Cecil, Tom, and Danny are all stand-up individuals who go beyond their daily duties and really give One Boerum its lovely vibe. I’ve tried to reach this team for 2-weeks, leaving voicemails, sending emails, and using their own booking system. Nobody returns a call or answers the phone. Try it yourself. Building isn’t complete and is still a construction site that is surrounded by green boards. Perhaps the management team would fair better if they brought in an actual leasing team that knew how to sell luxury apartments—starting with client onboarding and interaction. All of the doorman are wonderful and extremely helpful Gio,Tom, Danny, Cecil to name a few. Joe runs the show behind the scenes to make sure the building is clean and all the tenants are happy.
