Worst experience!!! My boyfriend had bought me necklace as a present and he paid full cash payment. It was $1469.81. I didn’t like it and came to return. I was being told that pandora cannot exceed over $500 cash , therefore I will get the remaining balance on check. When I told since I made the full payment in cash and it’s within 30 days with original receipt, I should be getting full return payment back in the form of the original payment which was CASH!!! Also, that’s what it says on the original receipt that within 30days, the return will be given in its original form of payment or check!!! The associate tells me since it’s over $1000, they can only give me $500 cash and remaining will be on the check. I agreed. Again, the associate calls someone possibly manager, and she tells me actually since it is over $1000 , the only return they can do is via check and it will take 30 days. So at the end I am like OK!! Later, the associate says since it was your boyfriend who bought it, he would need to come in to verify the customer information and then they can process the return!!! I would understand if the payment was made through his card to verify with his ID but it was done via cash!!! Overall, I was not pleased with the customer service on how they handled my return as they do not go by their own policy that states, return will be done in the form of the original payment. The associate didn’t seem to be knowledgeable on how to handle it as she had make couple of calls and had me to wait over 30mins!!I unfortunately it will be my last purchase...

Sorry if I didn’t!!) assist us. She took very good care of us by taking the time to figure out my ring styles and size, giving me different recommendations, and making sure I was satisfied. We initially thought the ring I wanted wasn’t available, but Silvana called around and was able to find it for me!! I also ended up getting 2 of her recommendations.
