Pari Lash — Local services in New York

The workers are kind but speak little to no English. I went to the company 3 times. The first was perfect. And they only charged me $50 for a refill from a previous lash service. The second time was horrible the lash technician put way too many lashes on and it did not look natural it looked like an eye lash strip or clusters which defeats the purpose of getting this technique. They also charged me $65. The third time I went I told the technician not to put too many because I want to look natural. She did not understand and put too many again. I checked out and they charged $85 for a refill. I challenged the owner because I got tired of being charged different prices each time. He made up illegitimate reasons as to why. So this particular time I made him write down the prices. Today I called before booking to confirm the price the owner said $95 for my refill. I told him I have his business card that HE GAVE ME WITH HIS HAND WRITING OF THE PRICES. The price according to his handwriting was $60 for a 4week refill and he was charging me $30 dollars more than what HE SAID AND WROTE ON HIS BUSINESS CARD. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! I wish I could give a 10000/10 star review. I’ve been coming to Pari Lash for at least 5 years and all this time the service has remained fantastic, the prices are super fair especially compared to other places in the city, and I always look AMAZING. I’ve definitely changed my look a few times over the years and the techs here have always been super accommodating and helpful when it comes to a professional opinion. I even recently showed one of the techs a photo of my drivers license photo because I was so obsessed with the lash strip I used there and wanted extensions just like it. And after some back and forth we agreed on a new lash map and they came out JUST like the photo which is crazzzzy. They’re super clean and hygienic as well! I used to live super close to them and now I commute an hour just to still get my lashes done here—I wouldn’t trust...

Pari Lash is an incredible treasure and, truth, they set the bar for lashes so high that i couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Great looking lashes, like great looking hair or makeup, need to be tailored just so in order to be sure they look great on YOU, and that's what everyone here is trained to do. They break down your eye shape and--based on your goals--the best combination from their wide selection of styles, textures and curls that will bring the results you want. Guess i should've known this place would have such high standards since i was referred here by my incredible hair care specialist who's a perfectionist herself. Everything here is pristine and covid-safe, very reasonably priced & they're centrally located in the city.
