Wonderful addition to the neighborhood. The used gear and "worn wear" section of the store is full of gems and unlike any of the other Patagonia stores in NYC. Please add surf to your inventory at this store! ♻️ March 2022 edit... The worn wear section has now transitioned out of the store. Was amazing while it lasted. Please make it permanent. Many of us would rather browse used gear as a first choice for in-store shopping. Also Surfgear is now in 'limited' stock!! 🏄‍♀️

Great store! The staff are very helpful and super supportive. Things are very easy to find and the price is reasonable for the quality of the items. The store has discounts and it is helpful that all discounted items are in the same place.

Compact two-story store, but they had every size and color I was looking for, plus Brooklyn-specific patches and Responsibili-Tees. Also sorry informative and quick to help with lifetime warranty claims.

I came in and spoke with D. (No need to shame anyone). D. Exchanged a 15 year old item because I was not satisfied with it under the Ironclad Guarantee. D. offered to exchange it for an equal and identical item. I was grateful. I was not expecting the Ironclad Guaranteed Attitude but I did get that as well. I asked D. about his fit and some other things to show him warmth and courtesy. Unfortunately, the attitude continued. I’m not sure if he was unsatisfied with my transaction, my appearance or just unhappy to be there today. I know that when a company offers a guarantee of any kind the attitude is not part of that offer. I appreciate the fact that he exchanged my item as what felt like a courtesy but the reality is that it’s warranty for life of the item. This experience left a very poor taste in my mouth. I hope somebody at Patagonia will review these notes. Everybody is entitled to have a bad day. It should not be taken out on customers. Even if a courtesy exchange was done, delivering that information with a negative attitude, simply turns away other customers...

Stopped by this location a few days ago. As someone who's worked in retail for over 18 years, I found the customer service offensive. I'm not old either, in my mid 30's. No customers were in the store at the time. I was interested in the apparel on sale. I browsed a few of the racks, first floor and second floor. No sooner did I step away, the employees immediately went and re-standardized the area. Like maybe wait more than 45 seconds? Like aggressively. The only reason I didn't leave was because I found a jacket I wanted. Over $300 on sale. Funny thing is, they left the sensor on. For the staff who's so concerned on how the floor looks, maybe do a better job. The team definitely needs to take some cues from the Green...

Please fix your attitude, some of the grumpy employees! I went there on Saturday to get a backpack. The one I liked the most only had one there and it was used for displaying so there are a lot of stuffings. Hence I asked someone who works there if they have more of the same products politely. She questioned me with a short ‘why?’ In a rude way with a face. I was a bit surprised and annoyed. What do you mean, isn’t it your job to help?!!!

I got the one anyways because I really liked the bag but it was an unpleasant experience.

The cashier was nice and helpful though.

Not sure if I will go back so many other brands with...
