My go-to online shop for skincare! Although I live on the West Coast, I continue to buy all my skincare products from this NY Salon. The shipping is always quick and they include lots of samples with every order. Recently I purchased a gift set that ended up being sold out. Paul G. was on it! He called to update about it being out of stock. Instead of cancelling my order he said they'd honor my purchase and put together the set for me. They didn't have the bag it came with, and offered to switch it out for another one they had in stock. Such fantastic customer service! Most places would have just canceled the order. I received a product that I thought was expired per the "10/2024" date on the bottle, emailed customer care and received a call less than 24 hours later about my concern. Paul couldn't have been more helpful. He informed me that although the "expiration" for the particular product was this month, the date is actually an "open by date," so the product would maintain its efficacy for the next 4-6 months. Despite this, he offered to send a complimentary product with a later open by date, so that it would sustain me for longer. I had a great experience at Paul Labrecque!!!! I was really looking for a trendy color and cut, but I was scare to damage my hair more. However, here I got the best advice for me with Ariel, a fresh, modern style, beautiful color, and my hair was left hydrated and shiny. All this thanks to their own line of products that also have a delicious smell. I enjoyed the whole process, it was truly pleasant and therapeutic.
