Emilia's skilled Ombre Lipliner is the best thing i've ever done for myself and, to sum it up in one word, life-changing. Everything she does shows her meticulous attention to detail: from prep instructions through her process itself to her after-care instructions. She's so skilled that she was able to work around scarring due to an accident and ensuing surgery in addition to my aging skin. I wanted to restore my natural lipline which was somewhat faded in some spots and slightly tweak it to make up for aging, and that's exactly what i got. Reason I say it's life-changing is because i can't describe how liberating it is not to have to always worry and constantly check and reapply lip pencil to cover flaws i'd become so hyper-aware of since my lips have always been so prominent. Often times a person with such a high degree of skill can be very arrogant and either reject your input or insist that they're the expert and know whats best, but instead Emilia listens and makes it her goal to deliver results that let you feel comfortable in your own skin, which is why most of us seek out these services after all. Although I didn’t actually get a service done, I still wanted to share my experience. I had booked an appointment and put a deposit down on a lip service. My understanding over the phone was that I had 3 days before until the appointment date to cancel and get my deposit back. In addition, the written policy in the email I received was contradicting and confusing. I called to cancel my appointment more than 3 days in advance and was told I couldn’t get my deposit back. I was confused and had to press the issue by writing an email. I was then given a refund which I appreciated and was thankful for but I was bothered more by the principle than the loss of the money. There is definitely “word play” in their policies and I would be cautious before making any kind of down payment...

My experience with Emilia can not be summed up in a few short sentences but her work is Truly life changing. She’s extremely professional and dedicated to her work. She’s a fantastic artist, my brows and lips have never looked so damn good!
