I share my horrible experience. Everyone wants to see it, so I leave a review in English. I visited here with my girlfriend for glooming our dog and I went to pick up for my dog after dropping it off. There was a woman at the counter who appeared to be the boss (who wore her makeup so thick she thought she was an puppeteer actor) and we couldn't reach the designer in the basement. Reason why this store no phone signal inside. So My girlfriend nicely asked the woman who appeared to be the boss to tell him we were here because this place didn't have a phone signal, but boss lady curtly shouted for unknown reasons to us. Bosslady say to my girl friend ‘ you contact her your self’. And then boss lady go back to inside caunter chair and sit and look at the phone. (In the end, the man who appeared to be her boyfriend helped us.) We picked up the dog and on our way out, we noticed her sitting cross-legged at the counter looking at the phone after paying for it.(she face still looks like angry. I still don’t know why) after then we got home. The designer then contacted us. The boss lady asked designer to remove the review. We went there expecting our dog's first grooming, but the boss ruined our mood. I will never come here again, and I want to tell everyone to watch out for the boss woman. Out of my 7 years experience of grooming services elsewhere, Pet Home is by far the most professional and attentive grooming salon place that I have ever visited so far in downtown flushing!! I was helped by KK, who went above and beyond on providing excellent customer service to me and my Pomeranian, Bubbles. She texted me of the results despite it was their near closing time at 7pm, and if I was dissatisfied of the cut they would adjust. No other grooming salons would do that especially near their closing time. KK was very kind and communicated well throughout the whole process and even took the opportunity to assess my dog's skin condition and educated on a healthy diet for my dog's overall health outcome. My dog can get VERY aggressive when grooming towards us but Jaylin, Pet Home's groomer, was very professional and skillful! She delivered great results despite this obstacle. Pet Home worked as a team to calm my dog during the grooming process, which I was never made aware during all these 7 years of grooming elsewhere. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this place for their professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and each member's above and beyond customer service. I really felt how genuine they cared for each customer's dogs. They even have a porch with food and water in front of their door for stray animals. As a traveler from Virginia visiting NYC, leaving my dog Lex behind was my biggest worry. Thankfully, Pet Home Pet Store provided outstanding service that put all my fears to rest!

Lex stayed with them for 5 days, and I received daily photo updates showing him happily playing and relaxing. Their facility was clean, safe, and even had a cozy "puppy lounge" where Lex made new furry friends. The staff was incredibly kind and professional – they remembered Lex’s feeding schedule and even his favorite toy!

What truly amazed me was their attention to detail. They noticed Lex’s slight anxiety on the first day and gave him extra cuddle time (thank you, Sarah & team!). By day two, he was having a blast!
