This was my first time visiting this restaurant and it was such a great experience! The environment is clean and cozy, perfect for gatherings with friends or family. The bullfrog is super fresh, tender, and flavorful with no unpleasant smell. The fish dishes are also excellent – fresh, tender, and well-seasoned. The broth is rich without being greasy, and it gets even tastier the longer it cooks. Side dishes like lotus root and tofu skin soak up all the flavor and are delicious, plus there are so many other options to choose from, so you’ll never get bored. This new restaurant is definitely a must go place for everyone who loves fish. We get to pick the fish out of the water tank! It’s fresh and delicious. Even though there aren’t many options for like a regular hot pot but the fish has already satisfied my expectations. The way they serve the fish hot pot is different than what I have usually had.
