Pink Pier at Watermark - NYC — Local services in New York

If I could give this zero I would. My boyfriend and I had reservations for the pink pier on Valentine’s Day February 14th. That were purchased from you bucklisters. The ticket price was $300 for the “vip experience”. We arrived and waited in line which the ad said we got to skip. The general admission was moving faster AND they got a free drink. We got placed on a wobbly wooden bar stool not at a table and my boyfriend could not even fit on it and I was sitting next to a wet rag all night and practically in the server station.He purchased the “semi private” dinner and there was at-least 10 other couples sitting next to you back to back bumping into you. Nothing romantic or semi private about that. General admission kept walking in and nobody cared. The same ones that paid 17/300 to get into this same event. We did not receive our free drink apart of the plan and the pita dip which cost probably $5 to make we did not eat because it was awful. My boyfriend also did not eat his salmon and I did not eat my short rib because it was cold and gross and brought out in under 2 minutes before our drinks and before our appetizer. We also did not finish our macaroon that tasted frozen and the one chocolate covered strawberry that was sour and again probably cost them $2 to serve that for VALENTINES DINNER. The drinks were $17 a piece for Tito’s and lemonade and were not included in ticket price. The gratuity is automatically added on top of $300 ticket price which the server did not deserve AND THAT IS COMING FROM A COUPLE THAT ARE SERVERS. My boyfriend purchased this and felt as if he was robbed of $450 and purchased and uber and a train ticket back home in under 30 mins of being there because it was a complete disaster and ruined our day completely. My boyfriend purchased this event for the experience and there was absolutely no experience in this at all. He didn’t even take one picture of me there because it was so awful and we just wanted to leave. This entire event is a SCAM and we would like to contact someone to hopefully make this...

We had a really great time at the Pink Pier attraction. We took the teenagers for their first trip to NYC and the photo ops and props were too cute. We actually booked a semi private table. It was really nice although the day we went was on 80* and it was way too hot inside the glass rooms. It would have been nice if there was a way to have the roof open or a few panels open on top to circulate some air flow. I don’t recommend going to dine in the glass rooms if it’s over 70 degrees because we were sweating real bad. The food was actually really good. The teens picked over it i think it was a bit to upscale for their liking lol but me and my sister loved the food. The short rib was so tender! I loved the sauce on it. I didn’t care for the mashed potatoes they were lacking flavor big time which if they had added some butter and garlic salt pepper they would have been good. The Mac n cheese was just okay to me. Now it’s not baked Mac and cheese so don’t go expecting southern style baked Mac n cheese. But for a side dish i personally thought it was okay. It was better when mixed with the short rib. I probably wouldn’t order it again though. I tried my niece spaghetti and that was really good. The meatballs were seasoned very well. The poke bowl they had with salmon they said it was very good and fresh. And the burger was good. They loved the truffle fries. Now the kids didn’t like the pita with the hummus and feta cheese but we loved it. The pita bread taste like they made it fresh that day. What an amazing experience: I am from NJ and was our first time coming here. My husband and I were extremely grateful & happy for finding this place. I want to give a shout out to Camila, Arny & Angel, Their GREAT service. from the beginning to the end was excellent. They made our night pleasant with their charming welcoming and service. Thank you guys our night was super special. This place is magical you need to book a reservation to experience the magic of Pink Pier this place is for every occasion, The decor is fantastic I loved it, Food is delicious and the guava tea soooo good. thank you so much.

Camila thank you so much for asking if we had any food allergies is a big + because my husband has bad allergies to seafood and avocado I really appreciate it. To our server who was aware of my husband’s allergies; Arny was very attentive, never abandoned us and was making eye contact also asking to see how we were doing or if we needed something else. (Never had to step out to look for him ) super happy with his service. at the bar Angel greeted us with a smile and he prepared a delicious strawberry margarita just perfect. He was giving us information about how pink pier is open for the summer time, and after summer, Valentine’s Day etc (sorry i can’t remember much, but all he said sounded AMAZING)I can’t wait to go back. You definitely need to be here to experience this beautiful place and the amazing staff. This place has heated igloos.
