I was very disappointed in this experience. The salon itself is lovely and very calm and relaxing. They have a great selection of colors and the staff was very attentive. We did not have appointments and the place my friend usually goes to was full, but they were able to fit us in as walk ins.

However, we got our nails done ahead of a beach vacation and special occasion. I rarely get mine done as I use an at-home gel kit usually. Since this was a special occasion, I wanted them to last longer. Within a few days of getting on my trip, several of my nails began to chip. By the end of the week, even one of my toe nails chipped.

This spot was twice as expensive as other places in the area. In addition, there was a $10 upcharge on our pedicures for a "soak" that we were never asked about. I contacted them, and was informed I can reach out to a salon within 7 days of my appointment to get them redone, but I was out of the country and could not do so.

I think it's reasonable to expect that a $130 gel mani-pedi should last more than a week and I would not repeat my experience...

I’ve been here twice recently - once for a gel nail art mani and another for gel removal. While I love the hospitality, service, attention to detail, calming environment, both times I was charged more than what was stated on the website. It’s disappointing because it feels like a bait and switch.

For instance, the website says 25% off nail art collection A, however I was only given 15% off because apparently the 25% is only offered when you get BOTH a mani / pedi with the nail art. That is not specified anywhere on the site or the display board outside the salon.

For gel removal, the site lists it as an add-on for $5. But when I was done with my service, I was charged $15. Apparently it’s actually $5 if you get another service, but nowhere does it explicitly state that. And while it’s nice that the gel removal includes nail filing and hand lotion, they don’t seem to offer JUST gel removal.

I was very excited about this salon and told my friends all about it, but will likely go back to my old neighborhood salon due to the misleading experience...

Nice and clean. A relaxing place as well. Just has a sort of cold energy. Gel manicure was great. The pedicure was really good but could use a little more work for the price. It was a decent experience and my nails look good. My feet are still pretty rough and dry (they are just like this but paying 40 + for a pedi and charging 18 dollars for s callous removal) I’d think something would be better. I do have two completely different colors on my hands and feet when I wanted them to atleast somewhat match. It seemed to be too much of a bother for them to help me find a true much. I don’t think I’d ever return here as I can’t justify the price for what you get. 90 something dollars after the weekday discount and though my nails look nice.. I’m gonna have to go tweak my feet and probably get somethin repainted as I hate being this much mismatched. It’s not anything crazy to write home about. They were nice but cold. I don’t feel like anyone went above and beyond in customer service. 100+ for a mani pedi I would atleast expect to be...
