I just recently placed my first order with Randy at Rebolution Ink, and I could not be happier with the service I received! I needed one shirt made up as a gift for a friend, via direct-to-garment printing. Not only was Randy more than happy to do the job, but Rebolution Ink is one of the few shops in the Queens/Brooklyn area that offers this service!

Randy's customer service is above and beyond! Old school style! I called right after his closing time Wednesday with a last minute order request. He returned my call an hour later. Emailed my request and Thursday morning he was quick in responding and clear in what he could do in the short time frame. He mocked up the tee and quickly adjusted to all my changes. Just like promised he delivered and had the tees ready Monday by noon. Dealing with Randy was a refreshing experience in all aspects and the tees are ahmazing! Fresh Off The Press saved the day! After I was told that an order of t-shirts and tote bags I submitted to the large promotional company our elementary school uses would not arrive on time, I contacted Fresh Off the Press. Thankfully, they were able to meet the needs of our school event right on time.
