I walked in without calling first just to see if they had RAM that was compatible with my computer. They told me that I would need to leave the computer with them because they had a few repairs in front of me. I explained that I needed the computer for work but also needed to fix the RAM because it was running at a snail's pace. So, they told me that I could leave it now and that they would get to it right away and would maybe be like an hour and a half. I said great! Left my computer with them and went on my marry way.

In less than an hour they texted me and let me know that my computer was ready for pick up!

I forget his name (I am sorry :( ) but the owner of the shop was really sweet, helpful, kind, and patient. I am such a n00b when it comes to computer repair, I just know a few jargon terms but not what they actually mean, but in spite of this he helped me through the entire process with ease! Did not even mind explaining it to me when I asked a barrage of questions.

Apparently he's been doing computer repair since his teens! So not only does this shop of awesome costumer service they also have years and years of experience!

If this review isn't enough to get you going, I'll just say this: DONT THINK TWICE - GO TO MAC & PC WIRELESS FOR ALL YOUR ELECTRONIC...

Juvencio came to the rescue! When our Dell Precision desktop "died" one morning after a Windows auto update, we weren't exactly panic as we do backup regularly the key folders. Yet, we do not do it daily. That means, we have to re-create some files. Mac & PC stepped up. They were able to move all files from a corrupted hard drive to a new one and swapped our desktop to a newer used Dell with faster speed. What a difference in loading time! In 3 days, things were back to normal. In between, the owner Juvencio came to pick up once in late evening when the new "old Dell" did show some issues when we first bought it back to our shop.

We are very happy with the service and fair price. The newer used machine also gave us more time to consider what new machine to get as it can be upgraded to Windows 11 and run Photoshop without all the warning messages about incompatibility.

Of course, as long time small businesses, we also shared our challenges and views. Being able to walk down the blocks, find a shared mind and solution is what makes NYC great....

These guys were so awesome, so friendly, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. I know this because my experience there was in HUGE contrast to that of Apple where I brought my Macbook Pro first for repair, and they essentially told me the only thing they could help me with was throwing it away and purchasing a new laptop for 3K. When I told Apple I was going to try my luck repairing it with a 3rd party, they laughed in my face. When I walked in and described my issues at Mac & PC Wireless they knew the exact issue, how to fix it, and that it commonly happens with this model. They repaired it for $250 and saved me thousands of dollars. Cannot recommend...
