Very smooth printing experience. You can (and should) do everything at home first (send/upload your documents and pay) and then come to the cafe to print and take it. Once you’ve paid, you’ll receive a code by email so at the printer itself you input the code and it will only then print for you. The instructions are super clear on their website and it was all very easy to navigate. + Since it’s in a cafe, they are open late which is very convenient. They say all documents are automatically deleted from their servers afterwards as well so it’s secure. - Only downside is that the printer is in a corner where there’s a couch and a table right next to it so if there are a lot of people at the café, you kind of have to climb over people to get to the printer.

Bad quality print. Couldn’t even print out a simple QR code. Nobody to speak to in the store about a refund. Waste of time. Waste of money. Take a look at the photo attached and let me know of that looks like a usable QR code.

The app doesn't work with this site. Unsure why. The documents wouldn't load. The documents loaded fine on the website linked to the google listing. There's also a support number which we did not end up needing. We tried a tall order for a first time trial: 100 pages. Printing was slow. Over 10 minutes. These are not state of the art machines, but the one at Black Cat LES had good ink. That's what we needed. Eventually all the pages were printed. We had to add more paper in the hopper. There's a clunky payment method involved. You can't just pay for the copies. The app makes you pay for "Credits" in chunks of money over time, obviously this falls in their favor. I would recommend checking the network/working status of the printer BEFORE starting the process. I purchased and sent my documents to the printer only to realize that the printer was not working. They don't have staff onsite to troubleshoot either. However, their online support staff was quick to email me back and get me a refund and the high rating of this place leads me to believe that this was a one off kind of thing. I'll be trying them again!
