Awful service. People at the counter were nice, but the guy who "fixed" equipment was rude and dismissive, didn't listen to the issue, told me nothing was wrong with my equipment despite me having performed all the troubleshooting to prove it was the receiver and not speakers or wiring, etc. Bring it home and the same issue persists with only this receiver and not a second one we tried. Speakers also both work fine on second receiver. Do not give them your business. WHen I asked them to test it and show me it worked under the conditions I said caused it to break (playing a few minutes for the right speaker channel to go out) they told me to bring it (a 30 lb receiver in Manhattan) home and try it there and bring it back if it didn't work.
