Fine Fixtures — Local services in New York

I purchased two Fine Fixtures vanities from another online retailer (model OK24 and OK30) so this is a review of the vanities only, not the retailer. Fine Fixtures products are priced higher than other similar vanities. They are attractive and have a modern style. The construction however is just average. Where this purchase went wrong for me is I wanted a wall hung cabinet not a floor mount. When I received the vanities, they came with floor mounting hardware only. This product is described as optionally wall mountable and instructions are provided for wall mounting on page 9 of the downloadable PDF and included instructions. I contacted Fine Fixtures and was told I needed to purchase the wall mount hardware on their website for an extra $300 plus shipping. Alternatively, they suggested I return the vanities to the original retailer where the return shipping cost was very prohibitive. I felt this was unfair given the instructions demonstrate options for wall mounting. This should have been an an easy fix, all Fine Fixtures needed to do was ship me the wall mount parts which would cost them about $30 and I would have returned the floor mount hardware at my own shipping expense. They were completely unwilling to assist which prompted me to write this review. Products are attractive, quality is only average, Fine Fixtures is unwilling however to solve simple problems and provide any level of customer service. I'd suggest choosing a different manufacturer, especially when shopping online, since you can only rely on pictures, product descriptions, and a manufactures willingness to fix problems when...

BUYERS BEWARE! Absolute worst company and worst product I have ever dealt with. My toilet seat won't clean! It's a porous material and won't clean. Company blames my cleaning products even though none of my other toilet seats have done this. Company says because it's passed 1 year they don't care. I explained my mom way dying of ALS and had to move in with me so I could be her full time care giver and calling them about a toilet seat during that time was the least of my concerns. But this company doesn't care AT ALL. If you want a toilet that won't clean - buy from here. If you want a company that cares SO little about their own defective product they won't even send you a new toilet seat when you spent over $300 on the toilet - buy from here. Do yourself a favor and go with a brand that actually cares about their product and customer service.
