Queensboro Plaza — Local services in New York

This station is terrible in terms of how it responds with the MTA. What's the point of the Queensboro Plaza Accessibility Improvement Project (QPAIP) Why not add accessibility to more stops: or better yet PROVIDE SERVICE TO 59TH STREET! Just a few days ago, the N/W transfers on the 59th station were intensely delayed, wanna know why? "Debris" on the tracks." The MTA does not know how to manage their subway system in times of delay.
