First Stop Bar & Grill — Restaurant in New York

2 charges were just made on my card in the amount of $28.31 and $42.46. I have never been in this bar nor have I ever been to Long Island. I'm currently in Miami. I received the notifications for these charges and directly googled their number and tried calling this bar many times but had no answer. How can you charge, twice a debit card that the "thief" can't have in its possession given the card is with me? I was forced to declare the card stolen to block further charges. I also contested this with the bank. I demand you reimburse me immediately. UPDATE1: the following day, the charges were increased each by $50 ($50x2=$100) . Suggesting that tips in the amount of $50 each on charges of $28.31 and $42.46 were added and the waiter(ess) did not find that weird?? tips of close to 200% and 112% were added... 2 ridiculous tips...and the waiter(ess) didn't think ID would be a good idea? The drinks and food are so over priced for a dive-bar. $5 for one little taco looking thing. A tequila soda was $15!! A place under the train station with bums constantly circling the area. They also automatically add on gratuity, which I didn't know was allowed for bars in NY. The "day-time" bartenders were really nice, but one of them didn't speak any English at all and kept asking the other one to translate (we asked for lime). Your neighborhood bar where everyone either knows or wants to know your name. This place was a really good time. Many locals visit this bar and I can see why. You can also get food here too, but ny friend and were just looking to extend the night. The bartenders were playful and jovial. I really liked it. It was like the Planet Fitness of the bar scene, no judgments. They had good music playing too.
