higher prices for same quality of food!!!! 11/03/2020 Transaction#: 103717
Placed lunch phone order for "pick up" accordingly to the prices advertised on the paper menu left in bulk at the building where I live.
Find my experience comments as follow:
1.- Prices on the printed menu differ on the actual higher price charged at the cashier for the same average quality of the food.
2.- Requested a "new printed menu" to make sure I was not being overly charged mistakenly and noticeably "over all prices" went up. In addition to this unexpected update on the menu" to my surprise one of my items ordered (Aegean burger Deluxe) although is no longer listed in the menu as per the cashier staff expressed..... it is sold at a higher undisclosed price"?????????? original price of deluxe burger= $7.95 compare to=$ 9.31
3.- Placed 3 orders of garlic knots (supposedly sauce included with each order) although I reminded the guy who was putting together the order about packing up the sauces when I got home I got 2 instead of 3. The bread quality of the garlic knots was hard as a rock and dried as a hot beach stone. Original price of 4 piece garlic knot including sauce= $1.50 compare to $1.56
I understand that this health crisis has affected "all of us economically" but is not an excuse for taking peoples money knowing that the service is poorly given with undisclosed price changes to customers that want to support and help the economy by giving business to the stores that remain open for service.
Feel free to take into consideration the feedback on how your business is being currently operating.
New customers are encouraged before placing an in-store order, phone order and/or online order to be aware that the prices posted might not be updated and could have gone up.
Lastly double check the order served prior living the store.
Images on prices on the previous menu and the actual receipt charged had been shared in this post for customer's and owner review.
Lets all be thankful with business and customers relationship by...
Read moreSo. Again, not my town. I’m sure there are hundreds of opinions on the best but this was pretty great. My family and I have been in the Middle East for the past year for my work, no boozes, no pork. So that may skew my opinion a bit......
I ordered the meat lovers pizza and an order of wings. After a long ass flight, delivery was the order of the evening. It arrived within 30 mins or so, (we were staying at the Double Tree close by) the delivery guy was super helpful and nice as I ran into him downstairs with my hands full of beer and cocktails (making up for lost time).
There was a slight topping/cheese shift but I’ve only seen that in piping hot fresh pizza. The pepperoni, meatballs and sausage were AMAZING. Pork, who knew. They did not skimp on the amount either. The crust was that great combination of crispy and chewy. The kind that is tough to pull off but greatly appreciated especially in delivery. The wings were hot and crispy and the blue cheese dressing was legit.
So give em a try, see what you think. Oh pictures, yeah I realized I hadn’t taken any after destroying the wings and half the pie soooooo it was...
Read moreVisited the city on a school trip, and stayed at hotel nearby this restaurant. After being in the city all day, we placed an order at 10:30PM on the subway back to our hotel for carryout. When we arrived at the restaurant, the doors were locked, and they did not make our food. This was at 10:50PM. Now, this is after having looked up the restaurants hours, which are advertised to be until 11PM. The sign outside also says 24 hours. The information somewhere is incorrect. When we arrived at the door to find it closed, we knocked repeatedly, but the workers inside would not come to the door. I had to call them from outside the door to get them to come over. Afterwards the guy said our food was not made despite the site saying they were open, and he told me my card would not be charged. Fine. One star review, but at least it didn't cost me. Turns out, they still charged me the $25. Absolute sham of a restaurant, don't waste your...
