Kevon and Recover Health have been incredibly supportive throughout my London Marathon training. The combination of recovery and strength sessions has made a huge difference compared to my previous marathon training block. I can really feel the benefits of the strength classes, which are specifically designed to target key running muscles with progressive overload. I usually use an app to strength train but having someone demoing the movements and adding weights based on progressive overload is something that it’s not available on the app. The recovery session also played a crucial role in keeping me injury-free which is something I struggled with in past training blocks.
