Traveled to Moscow (Russia) and Minsk (Belarus). The POSITIVE: Ludmila's service - VISAS, guides, transportation - was very professional, efficient, responsive, courteous. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The NEGATIVE: impressed by the visa related service, I engaged the firm for the flights. A week before the departure date, called to confirm a couple of details, and, absolutely by chance, found out that my return flight was cancelled two months prior to my call(?!?!). I was not informed and, if not for my call, would have been facing the "surprise" at the point of departure... Long story short - with a one week advance booking, the tickets for the family of 5 cost 50% more. When pressed for answers on what went wrong and a request to share the burden of the extra cost due to the firm's failure to notify me of cancellation, all the president of the RAC had to say was "not our fault". Took no responsibility for not informing me about the cancellation and left me holding the proverbial bag... BEWARE, the RAC is not likely to step up if...

This is a great company. We ordered three passports through them and some notarized papers. All was done according to the time frame they promised. They were very helpful in the process as well. The agent that worked with us suggested to check their ticket service when she learned we needed to buy tickets. Their quote was better than what I was able to find on Expedia and other sites. During our travel I also emailed the ticket agent about changes and all my requests were taken care of. Love the service. I am going to use them...

Use the ILs visa center instead. They actually work with Russian migration services. With these guys you fill out the same form you would have filled out at the ILS website, and they do you the courtesy of acting as a middleman between you and ILS Visa Services. Despite what they tell you, getting a Russian visa is super easy now! We got ours from ils by mail in two weeks, no fuss.
