I get my monthly facials done here by Yan. She is the best!!! Such a kind, considerate, gentle lady and skilled technician!

I'd been coming off and on for several years, taking the occasional service from my mom's facial package, but once I got my own, I became more consistent with my selfcare over the past 2 years or so, especially because I always book my next appointment at the end of the service. Every Queens female family member of mine has a package here and comes for a monthly facial with a different technician: Ling, Coco, Amber, and of course Yan!

It's no exaggeration that this routine has opened the door to my other consistent treatments; monthly chemical peels from the derm/at home, weekly dermarolling, daily red light therapy, and nightly retinol.

The packages cannot be beat, and are roughly half, or less, the price of a typical "American" spa. And this new location is beautiful, with bright and clean rooms and a comfortable waiting room.

Also, the service overall is great. With everyone being solicitous and offering you the restroom or a beverage and being soft and nice, as suits a relaxing selfcare experience, with no language barrier issues despite the fact that no one in our family speaks Mandarin/Cantonese. Tbh, I cannot stand hectic Main St., but it's worth bearing once a month to come here.

I get a regular facial, and just added on a package of the ultrasonic radio frequency device, which my mom and aunt have also been doing. It absolutely works and has a very apparent difference for the next 2-3 days after. I believe for long-term effects, you'd need Thermage, etc., but I definitely would schedule the service before an event when I'd have to take photos, it's that effective.

Since the 10 packs come with 2 bonus services, I try to invite friends to come with whenever I can, and everyone has enjoyed it so far.

I purchased a European facial package from this spa (5 facials for $250). I came in yesterday for the third facial 3/5. Everyone was nice, but my problem is with the extraction. The esthetician that I had did an extraction, I left with my skin being inflamed, I asked if this would go away and she said it depends on how good my circulation was. I already had 4-5 areas that were inflamed and I could see would probably leave a discoloration on my face but I was hoping that it would go away like she said. I think the extraction was WAY WAY TOO AGGRESSIVE for my skin type and texture. You need to be knowledgable of different skin types (my skin is very melanated so therefore you have to be careful because it is very susceptible to scarring and discoloration). If you are providing a service to all skin types please be knowledgable on them!! Fast forward I woke up this morning and I have these 4 areas that have now scared and have left new discoloration on my face; prior to this facial I had no dark marks on those areas. Although I have 2 more facial left from my package I do not think I will use them as I do not trust that I will not have the same issue. Just to be clear, I have had many many European facials with extraction and have never had that issue. She kept saying my face is dry blah blah blah but I have been told that before and have never had any issue with extractions. I am very unsatisfied customer.
