Update: continues bad customer service and now the ring is split in half - they won’t even contact me back to assist with this occurring. Terribly company! Horrible customer service, horrible quality. I received this initial cuff ring as a gift. It was 14K. While it’s not insanely expensive it is still over $300, and I cannot wear it a single day without it bending and catching on everything. Even with the smallest amount of force it bends open - even the small letters are bent and mangled. While gold is soft this ring is just cheaply made and awful. I contacted them and with a fight they “repaired it,” which was simply that - a repair to make it back into a circular shape. It bent immediately upon catching in my hair the same day I got it back. I contacted the company with my concerns, no reply, which I assumed would happen based on my previous interaction. Do not purchase from them as they obviously do not stand behind a product they specify on their site to be very strong and to withstand force. If you plan to wear their product just plan to not use your hand or move or pick up anything - it will bend! The ring is so misshapen from continuous bending and looks like something you would buy at some cheap online retailer. It’s so upsetting. I’m sure one day it will break in half from catching on a...

EDIT- I just called the shop because the response below (8 months after I posted) told me to. They told me they did not respond to my review and that it was a 'automatic google response' and that they were unwilling to do anything to resolve the issue.

Really disappointed in the item I received, it is flawed, it is upside down and flipped 100% of the time. CLEARLY A DESIGN FLAW. I emailed them immediately upon recieving it (less than two months after it was purchased) explained it was a birthday gift so I had just recieved it. They said 'Unfortunately, your order is no longer eligible for return or exchange since it was delivered over 2 months ago. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate your request.' I normally don’t do reviews, but I felt like I had to after ordering from this seller. I absolutely love the necklace I bought. I ordered the rose quartz stone with the gold chain and 16-17-18 extender, and I could not be happier. The quality is fabulous and the necklace itself is dainty and gorgeous. By far my favorite piece and favorite style of jewelry. The packaging was so well put together and came with the cutest velvet pouch that I will keep forever. On top of this, the customer service was excellent and I was responded to right away: I will be ordering many more pieces from this seller! My only wish is that the company would expand to Arizona!
