If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I had noticed the name of the hairstylist who worked on me so I could specifically mention him, but he's tall with blonde hair. I went in for a 3 inch trim, straight across, nothing fancy. I said "I just want the dead ends off, about 3-4 inches, straight across, no layers." I left with about 7 inches off and layers.

The first few snips seemed fine, then the hairstylist picked up a large chunk of my top layer of hair and cut off about 4 more inches. I said "you're not doing layers are you?" To which he LAUGHED and replied "only a little," as if doing exactly what I asked NOT to do was a cute little joke.

He laughed again as he continued cutting and I told him he was cutting off way too much. Not sure what was funny about completely botching a service I was paying for.

On top of that, the washer rushed through my wash. And not a single employee apologized for their stylist's horrible service. I've never been so dissatisfied with service that I felt the need to publicly comment on a job horribly done, but today I did. An absolute JOKE of an experience. I'll never go back and will actively encourage others not to go experience this...
