Reasons why I will not be purchasing anything from Scosha again:

Scosha admits to their solid gold jewelry tarnishing!!

I purchased the Mini Trip Hoop with Mixed Stones pair ($260) and the pair of Tiny Infinity studs ($160).

I noticed after about 3 months of wearing these regularly that the color started to change. I tried to clean with soap and water as the brand recommended in the instructions but that did not seem to work. The idea that I spent hundreds of dollars for these two pairs of earrings that claim to be solid gold, were tarnishing so quickly- it just didn't seem right.

So I called them and they tell me I need to mail it in so they can assess the earrings. I oblige, so I pay for the shipping costs for Fedex to send it there, and Scosha emails me saying they cannot exchange the earrings and that tarnishing is normal depending on your body chemistry- they say they will try to clean them... I was not having that- I have bought and worn solid gold jewelry earrings from many other brands (like mejuri, kinn, brands on etsy, even macys!) that do not tarnish, especially not that quickly. Who would spend this kind of money on jewelry if it's going to tarnish like that? You might as well save up a little more a splurge on Cartier or something that you know is high quality.

So they try to offer me a store credit to use it toward some of their other jewelry BUT why would I want to spend more money at a store when I can't even trust the quality??

I say no thank you - just send me the earrings back. So of course, I have to pay the fedex shipping costs to get them to mail the earrings back to me .... And bizarre enough, I receive these earrings looking brand new, no tarnish in sight! BUT, I can't make this up.... one of the emeralds from the mini hoops is missing. How? Why? You're telling me they sent me back earrings with a missing emerald stone and didn't notice?? Yeah, right. This is ridiculous! I also don't know what they did to remove the tarnishing, or if they swapped it out, but they never told me about correcting the problem.. their communication is poor and their business practices...

As an oversea customer I fell in Love with Scosha 2009 in Germany where I bought my first 2 bracelets. During the first lockdown 2020 they broke after wearing them 11 years 24/7 and it was no problem to send them back to the USA and place a repair order !

I always looking out in Germany for something very special and inspiring Jewellery, but I can not find - so I try to be in contact with the shop and it works totally fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for very good communication and an unbelievable great customer service 👍🏼 Max, Taylor and Tina thank you for keeping me always in touch 🙏🏼and giving your ❤️ for my question!

For special customer wishes the staff always have an open ear and do what will be possible or make it possible - unbelievable great !

I have nearly 25 bracelets ( my husband 8 ) wearing them 24/7 and I have to say Scosha will produce and create her jewellery on a very high quality.

If anything went wrong, anyone will do the best to find a good customer solution.

I do really hope I will come ASAP after the COVID-19 situation to NY and can thank anyone personally for the commitment in the last 10 years, it’s always a great pleasure to receive your newsletter ( the only one I will never subscribe).

Love Scosha! I’ve been buying from her for probably a decade, love her world of symbols and the hand-worked style of her pieces (hard to find in fine jewelry).

Most recently I had a custom ring made as a gift for my husband. His father’s wedding ring (white gold band with 3 small diamonds) is a most cherished possession but its design made it unwearable. After a meeting, Scosha re-worked it into a wabi sabi type band for his pinky, with the diamonds placed a bit off center and on unexpected parts - very thoughtfully integrated. It’s so one of a kind, simple and low key. Without having concrete expectations of the custom process, my expectations were exceeded!

It’s absolutely his favorite thing, he can’t stop looking at it on his hand. This ring really completes a circle for him in a way that can’t be understated. Anyone with meaningful family pieces that need to be re-imagined - reach out to their team! You’ll be so happy you did.
