Iâve been a customer since 2021 and purchased two packages that included full Brazilian treatmentsâthe second also included underarms. From the start, this place lacked good customer service. There was always only one worker I would see, and on more than one occasion, the only machine I ever used wasnât working. Rather than notifying me ahead of time, they waited until I arrived to inform me, only to move me to a different room with a gel machine which ai found to be less effective.
Once, the usual worker wasnât there, and no one called to let me know. I found out only after showing up and being surprised by someone new.
On another ocassion, I needed to reschedule my appt. I called and left a message during business hours and didn't receive a call back until after my scheduled appt. A gentleman called me to tell me I missed my appt. I let him know I called and left a vm. He said I should've emailed because that's the best way to communicate.
The final straw was my most recent (and last) visit. The worker treated my underarms and what she called an "extended Brazilian," then told me she was done. I asked about the back area, and she said it wasnât included in my package. Every previous worker I saw treated the full Brazilian without question, so I was shocked. When I mentioned this, she claimed they âmust have been doing it by mistake.â Really? Three different employees over multiple sessions all made the same "mistake"? Unlikely.

I buy a facial package for me and my husband I planned to get him a treat for Valentine's day! He was scheduled at 2:30 and I was 4:30, he did his facial and had to come pick me and take me for my facial his facial passed more then an hour, the tech was so unprofessional she take her fingers and pop the pimplesđ my husband face is red and swollen.    Read moreBE CAUTIOUS OF THIS FACILITY. 48 hours after my 2nd treatment for laser hair removal for the ball of my chin and this is what my face looks like. I have burns all over my chin and jawline. She touched areas that I did not request nor give consent to be touched. The only thing I wanted was the ball of my chin and thatâs it. She did what she wanted to do at my expense with no open communication. Totally different experience compared to the first time with another employee a few months prior. Her or the manager showed no sympathy towards the situation. They told me theyâre not that concerned and she did what she thought was best. Not one apology.
