Worst experience ever. After finishing with errands for the day, my son and I decided to grab a quick lunch at this Burger King on Qns Blvd. After ordering, the cashier tried to process the payment. I normally pay with Apple Pay or Credit Cards. I waited 10 minutes for the cashier to figure out what was wrong with their cash register. She had to unplug and re-plug it in again and told me to please wait a few minutes. still did work. She tried the next machine, again same issue. Turns out all three of their machines we’re having problems and not excepting any digital payment. The Staff and store Manager were not knowledgeable of how to resolve the problem. Hence, it seems like they never do a maintenance check on their equipment. Their machinery seems outdated as well. Turns out after standing in line for 10 minutes while my son is outside in the mist with our puppy, they asked if I had other means of payment. Really? I mean, they should have at least accommodated me for the trouble of waiting all that time. Not to mention the long walk we took to get there. Will not eat here again. This is not the first time this has happened either. Seems like they favor cash payments. If that's the case, what about people who are driving through and waited all that time to place an order and found out that they can only accept cash. McDonalds has better service! Read moreInstead of ordering via speaker in drive thru, I went directly to the window to place a special order using mobile coupon. I wanted to make sure that meal was served at that "participating restaurant. There was absolutely no other car before or after me.
The cashier lady,, another poor soul pretending overworked, oppressed, indignant in worst possible scenario in the whole world, opened her mouth in a defiant and vindictive demeanor asked me to reverse and place the order on speaker behind me. And that she could not take my order at the actual window. Really!!!!!
I did not argue even one word to such unmotivated and unclassy people, I actually reversed my car in that narrow space risking car damage along that tricky curve to get back to the order taking speaker. Another car had just started pulling in to the speaker but that customer was nice, and quickly retreated backward for me to access the speaker.

Read moreGreat location out of everything way. You got a parking lot, a drivethru, and a pretty roomy dine-in experience if that's what you prefer of the three. Unfortunately, my one time ever going there would be my last. I came to the counter to purchase a Mexican sandwich and the clerk was too busy chatting it up with the other workers to take my order. I alerted them of my presence even tho they saw me and told them what I wanted to order. So not much wait time but they messed up my order twice and served it cold which was such an inconvenience as I was admiring the location from the get-go. The place is nice but the workers need a little more training, not just in customer service but also in the back.
