Dear Manager

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your dealership. Despite the extensive time and cost involved, my car's issues remain unresolved.

Specifically: My vehicle is still shaking, indicating that the initial problem has not been fixed. The rims, which I had previously repaired at your dealership, are now damaged again. However, I was informed that the warranty is void because the repairs were allegedly not done at an authorized Mercedes-Benz service center, which contradicts my records.

Moreover, the entire process has been extremely inconvenient: I waited for three weeks to get my car back. Now, I have to take my car to another Mercedes-Benz dealership to have these issues addressed properly.

As a loyal customer since 2002, always driving a new S-Class Mercedes, this experience has been exceedingly disappointing. I expect a higher level of service and...
