Simone Rocha — Local services in New York

Me and my friends have been fans of Simone Rocha for a long time, and were excited to visit the store. We would have give five stars to the store, however, the experience turned from excitement to quite confusing and off-putting. There was a short hair girl working there who was rude. During checkout, we suspect she stole the sale from the nice girl (Drew) who helped us. Also we purchased a full priced item, but she falsely told us it is final sale, and even after we corrected her, she still took away the tag without telling us. It is such a bizarre experience to happen in soho retail!

Not sure if the final sale and tag situation is due to the one employee or entire store, please be mindful when purchasing there. But if you ever visit the store, please look for Drew, who was super nice and...

I don’t know what happened to this location. We used to shop here all the time but the new staff is weirdly classist/don’t do customer service. I used to be able to email Ashley when I needed help remotely (she was amazing) with personal styling, shipping..etc. but now you can’t get any help at all. I am a loyal consumer of this brand but I do not live in NYC so it sometimes it takes some TLC for me to get my order but I always get something every season. Recently discovered the store in London and Taipei where staff were extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. This store however doesn’t care about the customer AT ALL. Maybe if I was a rich yt lady they would actually try and meet my needs as a consumer. I don’t know, but will never shop at this...

5 stars for the in-store shopping experience. The staff were great with helping me try on dresses, giving styling suggestions, and explaining the UK sizing. There's more sizes and colors that aren't on display - just ask. The store design itself is sparse, with classical music playing in the background.

The aesthetic and design of the pieces - j'adore! But the clothing construction is quite cheap considering the high price point, almost all poly blends and plastic/rhinestones. I visited the store in December when they were having a 50% sale on their clothes. However the discounts are better at other retailers like SSENSE and Saks...
