SKECHERS Retail — Local services in New York

As we rarely do for retail stores, I had to come here and write a review on this dream team at Sketchers Broadway! We looooved Jian and Madison! In search of a specific Sketchers shoes size, we went through several Sketchers stores in NYC, including looking at Bloomingdale Broadway and other brand-name stores distributing Sketchers. Bloomindgale shoes sales team was funny so much they didn't couldn't be bothered. The other stores provided the very minimum service and customer report, that's fine but you can't wait to get out of the store and live your life! The experience with Madison was different at the first contact! We could tell she is quick, kind, caring, smiling, smart, focused assisting us and the other customers and she was committed to providing a great service to all. It was so nice dealing with her. We finally did it! Madison found everything we were looking for! And, for the perfect customer experience, Manager Jian cashed us out. So nice and fun! He had a good time with my parents who don't speak a word of English. At that point, I had to reveal to them how different they are to the rest of our retail shopping experience. You could think that is because the other stores were busier. Not at all! This Broadway store is the the heart of NYC shopping scene. Hello everyone ! I am so much happy to be here yesterday and the day before yesterday. I bought 2 new shoes for me with a good discount and no taxes. Thanks so much to the ast manager Jian for that🙏🙏🙏. In Skechers in Time Square the sales manager didnt tell me about this discounts and she also put taxes onto my receipt😬😐😑And when I showed my receipt to Jin, he gave me all my money back. But actually in Time Square I bought 78 days ago, and he told never mind that u bought 78 days ago, and never mind that this is Skechers in Time Square, he said he can give my money back. It was around 24$, ladies and gentlemen. I know it is not too much big money, but in my country I pay bills of gas, electricity, hot water and cokd water every month for 15~20$, so u can understand how much it is big money for me and how much happy I was when I could take my money back and didnt need to go to Time Square and take my money back. Walked into store and had no one approach us for some time. Eventually a lady with curly short hair went to get some shoes for us to try. Dumped the boxes next to us and walked off. We were then told by a male that the store was to close in 10 minutes - despite the website indicating they were supposed to be open until 8. We asked the guy for service as we needed to try a different t size. He did not come back and see if they were right. They were not so we asked the curly haired girl for a different size. We were told that was the last pair we could try on as they were closing. Again she dumped the box next to us and walked off. They lost sales as a result of their dreadful service and lack of care. I have been into Skechers stores before but NEVER have I had such dreadful treatment. Would never go back into this store and prepared to travel further tomorrow and hopefully get...
