I would say the staff is not friendly and welcoming. It seems people are tired or don’t like their job.We were here on Monday afternoon, not even evening but salespeople seemed lazy and slow.

My son bought some items from this store only to find out that a sensor was left on one of them. He noticed it once he got home (a different borough). He traveled all the way back to get the sensor removed; and was given a difficult time by the manager. There was a hole by the sensor and she refused to give an exchange or a refund. It was her employee who caused this inconvenience, and she continued to tell my son that she was not going to take the item back. But she did not know that his mother is good for filing a complaint when needed.
