The appt. Seemed to be going well initially but quicky took a turn for the worst. The employee seemed more interested in telling me his life story and what races he was training for then asking how the shoes felt on my feet. Went in telling him I wanted the model of the shoes I currently had on and he pressured me into going half a size up. They were menâs shoes which definitely can work for some women but also not everyone. I typically buy the womenâs shoe model and when I pointed this out, the salesperson seemed quite dismissive. Also kept telling me to trust him and buy these extra insoles which were $45. Felt really pressured and made the purchase. Went home and wore them inside my apartment and realized they were definitely not the right shoes for my feet! I took them back and was able to return them for a full refund. I won't be going back, plenty of other places in NYC to purchase running shoes. Please work with your customers and don't pressure them to purchase extra things they didn't ask for or seem interested in. This place just seemed like they want to move merchandise and sell whatever is left on the shelves regardless of whether it works for the customer or suits their needs. Just overall bad service and really felt like they were pushing everyone to purchase these...

I had an exceptional experience at this running store, thanks to the incredible expertise and patience of Emorecia, who helped me. She guided me through a GATT analysis, thoroughly assessing my needs and providing insights I never knew I needed. Iâve been wearing the wrong shoe size for years, and she helped me realize that I should be half a size bigger for better toe box room, especially since I have wide feet. Her knowledge on finding the right balance between neutral sneakers with stability was invaluable, and she explained everything in a way that was clear, insightful, and practical.
What truly set this experience apart was her genuine patience and dedication to ensuring I found the right fit. She answered all my questions and more, giving me confidence in my sneaker choices moving forward. Thanks to her, I now know what to look forâfit first, then cushioning based on personal preference. This was hands down one of the most helpful and informative shopping experiences Iâve had. If youâre serious about finding the perfect running shoe, go here and ask...
Read moreI got some shoes and insoles about three weeks ago and I really wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but after wearing them for a while I canât. I went to the store 40 minutes before closing looking for new running shoes and I wish that if it wasnât enough time they would have told me instead the whole process was rushed. I was surprised by the feet scan technology as the running store I go to back home in Texas doesnât have it but instead I feel like they really relied on the technology instead of how I said the shoes felt. My main issues now with the shoes is that they are VERY small especially in long runs so small that one of my toes turned purple when I went on a long run and made it pure agony⌠the worst thing is that these were the second shoes they brought after the first shoes that they tried to sell me were a size smaller when I told them they were small they looked annoyed and basically were like the scan says it should be this size. Very disappointed and now my visit became a $200+ interruption for...
